Key Responsibilities: Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support business cases and investment decisions with robust financial analysis. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous). Minimum 5 years experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
