F&I (Finance & Insurance) Business Manager

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Provide professional financial advice and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process. Finance Facilitation: Secure vehicle financing by liaising with financial institutions, presenting tailored financial and insurance solutions. Sales of Value-Added Products: Promote and sell warranties, service plans, and other aftermarket products. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with NCA and FAIS regulations. Contract Management: Review finance contracts, conduct credit checks, and submit accurate applications to financial institutions. Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, profitability, and F&I metrics. Team Support: Train and assist sales staff in understanding financial products and compliance standards. Customer Loyalty: Foster strong relationships to build trust, satisfaction, and repeat business. Data Privacy: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Qualified F&I with NCA exam pass Professional certifications (mandatory): RE5 Certificate NCA Accreditation Fit & Proper Compliance Verification Previous experience as an F&I Manager within a dealership environment (advantageous) Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficiency with F&I software systems and financial tools Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
