Purpose: To support Business & Technology Integration initiatives with a focus on mining operations, requiring a mid-level Business Analyst with strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. Minimum Requirements BSc./BEng./BTech in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience) More than 5 years' experience Proven experience in the mining industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Key Responsibilities Align business processes with technology solutions across mining operations Analyse, document, and translate business requirements into actionable insights Develop and present reports to support operational and strategic decisions Apply mining recovery processes and production accounting standards Support agile decision-making through Short Interval Control methodologies Engage across the full mining value chain from pit to port Core Competencies Comprehensive knowledge of mining value chain processes. Proficiency in mining recovery, reconciliation, and production accounting. Experience with mineral beneficiation. Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
