Financial Manager

Our client, a global leader in professional services and consulting, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager (CA(SA)) . In this role, you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and operational excellence. You will partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight that shapes key business decisions while leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function, including reporting, compliance, and controls. Prepare and present monthly management reports and financial statements. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards. Partner with executives and operational leaders to support strategic decision-making. Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering growth and accountability. Manage external stakeholder relationships, including auditors and financial institutions. Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) with at least 6 years post-articles experience . Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably in professional services, engineering, or consulting environments. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations.
