Junior Quantity Surveyor / Graduate

Key Responsibilities: Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Support tender analysis and subcontractor pricing reviews Help manage payment applications, valuations, and variation claims Track and monitor project costs to support budget alignment and profitability Contribute to cost reports, forecasts, and site meetings Learn how to navigate and administer standard construction contracts (e.g. JBCC and FIDIC) Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gain practical insight Ensure that accurate documentation and cost data is maintained throughout the project Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile): Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Exceptional University results 02 years relevant industry experience (Graduates and Junior Quantity Surveyors encouraged to apply) Basic understanding of cost management and construction processes Familiarity with standard form contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, etc.) is a plus Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to software like CCS Candy or BuildSmart advantageous Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites Driven Graduates or Junior Quantity Surveyors ready to hit the ground running Fast learners who take initiative and arent afraid to ask questions Team players who thrive in high-performance environments Detail-focused professionals who take pride in accuracy and accountability Clear communicators who want to grow their confidence and technical ability Individuals who treat construction as a career, not just a job If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
