Your Role Your duties and responsibilities include: Designing and implementing Java-based applications, supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting these for architectural review. Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code, and maintaining Java-based applications suitable for high-volume and low-latency environments. Participating in software solution design, implementation, and maintenance for banking services, focusing on the software lifecycle and release management. Supporting new product implementation projects and the transition of our platform to Cloud systems in a dynamic, international context. Additional duties may be assigned as your role expands. Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Required Master's degree with honors in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or economics. 2-5 years of Java application development experience. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Fluent in Italian and English. Problem-solving skills and knowledge of design patterns. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
