Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Analyst to collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics translating these into actionable recommendations for recruitment, retention, compliance, and transformation. This is more than just reporting: its about driving people-centered strategies that enable growth and long-term success. What youll do: Prepare talent management and transformation reports for senior leadership, Board, and Committees. Compile Human Capital dashboards, analyse workforce data, and identify key trends. Conduct benchmark analysis on human capital metrics, remuneration, and long-term incentives. Support ESG agenda through identification and tracking of relevant metrics. Lead Employment Equity reporting, submissions, and monitoring across the organisation. Collaborate with executives and business units, providing data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions. Manage high-level stakeholder engagement, from sourcing senior leaders to supporting executive correspondence. What youll need: Bachelors degree in Economic or Mathematical Sciences, or a related field. 3 years experience in Human Capital with strong exposure to analytics and reporting. Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems. Solid understanding of HR legislation and compliance.
