BRAND MANAGER (FMCG)

What Youll Do: Develop and execute research-driven brand strategies that define positioning and narrative Lead marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring consistency across all channels Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities Manage social media and e-commerce initiatives, driving online engagement and visibility Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to deliver compelling brand communications Maintain brand integrity across product development, communications, and promotions Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement Support sales enablement and align marketing initiatives with business objectives Manage budgets and ensure marketing spend aligns with strategic priorities What Were Looking For: Business or marketing-related degree (or equivalent professional qualification) 3 years in Sales & Marketing, ideally in FMCG Strong project management skills with hands-on experience across campaigns and channels Proven experience in creative development across design, copy, content, and multimedia Demonstrated expertise in social media and e-commerce Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, and results-driven Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills Why Youll Love This Role: Lead the development and growth of a high-potential FMCG brand Collaborate with a passionate, high-performing marketing team Shape brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer engagement across multiple channels Opportunity to make a tangible impact on business growth and brand recognition
