Management Accountant

Were looking for a sharp, driven Management Accountant to join a dynamic, growing business based in Stellenbosch. Its a role with real visibility; where youll work closely with leadership, own the numbers, and help shape how the business performs. If youre analytical, hands-on, and ready to make your mark, this is the one to move quickly on. What Youll Be Doing: Driving variance analysis, reporting, and management insights. Working closely with the operations and finance teams to support key decisions. Identifying system and process optimizations to improve efficiency. Contributing to month-end and management reporting. Getting involved in broader projects that add commercial value. What Youll Need: CIMA or CA(SA) qualification (or busy completing). Around 12 years experience in management accounting or a similar analytical role. Strong Excel and systems skills; and an interest in automation or process improvement.
