Site Manager Seniority Level: Mid-Career (4 - 6 yrs exp) Region: Mpumalanga Type : Contractor Qualification: Mechanical Engineering National Diploma / BTech / BSc Engineering or higher Experience: Minimum 5 years milling plant maintenance experience Minimum 3 years in a managerial role Key Responsibilities: Oversee all site operations and maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards Manage and mentor site supervisors and technical staff Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and resources Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
