QA and Support Analyst

Job Description

As a QA and Support Analyst, you'll be a key part of the software development team. Youll help test new features, identify bugs, and ensure the overall stability of the platform. Youll also provide second-line support, working with technical teams to resolve issues and improve performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve bugs and defects Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts Provide second-line support and conduct root cause analysis on reported issues Participate in weekend standby support (on a rotation basis) Work closely with Developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to maintain high product quality Document test results and defect reports clearly and effectively Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes Contribute to improvements in testing processes and tools Requirements: 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role Experience in a support role is an advantage Strong SQL skills for database testing ISTQB Certification Good problem-solving and analytical skills Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and results-driven A passion for impactful work in African markets Dont miss out; apply today.
