LATAM Sales Manager

Pro-Mart Industries, Inc. in Irvine, California is looking for an energetic, experienced and hands-on LATAM Sales Manager with excellent Spanish and English verbal and written skills to manage the sales of our products to Mass Merchants, Clubs and other major international retail chains in Mexico and Latin America. Job Duties: Drive sales growth with major international retail chains, including mass merchants, club stores, and other key accounts across Mexico and LATAM Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers Identify new sales opportunities, develop planograms, and create impactful cross-merchandising programs Recruit, onboard, and manage independent sales representatives in strategic regions Organize and attend major housewares trade shows and exhibitions Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets Build strategies to strengthen relationships with key accounts and open new doors Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Established relationships with retail buyers and broker sales reps in Mexico and Latin America Proven success managing and growing sales with large international retailers Fluent in both Spanish and English – written and verbal Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with strong cross-cultural communication skills About Us and the Products: For over half a century Pro-Mart Industries, Inc./Smart Design has made lives clean and inspired by offering smarter home storage and organizational solutions for every room of the house.
