SR Process Engineer

Process Engineer Requirements: Completed engineering. 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes (SMT and Back-End). Knowledge of process control, statistical analysis (SPC), and quality tools. Experience in new product introduction (NPI). Intermediate-advanced English. Leadership, critical analysis, and teamwork skills. Activities: • Identify and analyze operator needs for the assembly process. • Update procedures and work instructions whenever improvement actions arise. • Develop assembly process flowcharts. • Analyze assembly process statistics (data, sampling, and calculations) to develop more effective production flows. • Analyze assembly processes to design improvement actions based on information requested by operators related to their daily processes. • Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to conduct a root-cause analysis of the dilemmas faced and lead the corrective actions outlined in the 8Ds reports. • Record production consumables (packaging items, labels) required in the processes. • Validate equipment, fixtures, and tools, and verify the optimal functioning of new equipment.
