Warehouse Leader

Position: Warehouse Leader Location: State of Mexico. (Toluca city zone) We’re hiring a Warehouse Leader to lead raw materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency and team leadership aligned with site and company standards. If you want to add value at these responsibilities, this role is for you: Lead warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and providing raw material to production process. Ensure inventory accuracy, space optimization, and cost control. Drive compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO 45001, ISO 22000). Manage KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and coach a high-performance team. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in related field. 10 years in warehouse leadership roles. (Experience in Pharmaceutical or Food Industry is fundamental for this role). Degree in Engineering, Logistics or related field. Strong in ERP (SAP) & WMS Analytics (Excel, PBI, Tableau) Advanced English.
