Role Description The Production Supervisor manages assigned resources (personnel, materials, and equipment) to ensure adherence to the production plan, meeting established goals for safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Main responsibilities Compliance with production metrics, quality and safety. Personnel administration. Know, apply, promote and promote good manufacturing practices. Supervise the operation and operation of the equipment under his charge. Evaluate the operation and the results of the equipment regarding the volume produced, efficiency, scrap generated and the causes of the stoppages. Ensure the follow-up of Standard work in all workstations. Development and implementation of actions to solve problems and process adjustments. Perform the daily reports as well as the shift delivery. Manage the payroll processes of the personnel in charge (overtime, holidays and scheduled disciplinary measures). Coordinate the permanent implementation of 5's in the productive area. To ensure the Training, Training and competence of the personnel for the performance of their functions and their development. Follow-up and Application to procedures in accordance with ISO9001 regulations. Execute actions to achieve the goals of safety, health and the environment. Review of production plans in Plex system. Qualifications 3–5 years of people management experience Fluent English. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (PLEX), and production tracking tools. Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop teams while ensuring accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and lean manufacturing principles. Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities. Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.), and regulatory compliance. Flexibility. Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic, Business Administration, or a related field.
