We touch and color people’s lives every day, everywhere. www.archroma.com JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist for our HR Shared Services Center , with experience in regional payroll processing (NORAM: USA, Mexico, Canada). This role requires high autonomy, analytical thinking, and deep knowledge of labor and tax regulations. Responsibilities Process payroll according to regional calendars and pay periods. Calculate terminations, benefits, and payments in compliance with local laws. Ensure accurate tax and contribution application. Maintain and audit payroll systems (ADP, MyHR) regularly. Generate monthly financial reports for Finance. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Apply updates from government, tax, and social security regulations. Manage annual processes such as bonuses, Christmas pay, savings funds, and profit sharing. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3 years of payroll experience. Strong knowledge of labor and tax laws. Proficiency in payroll systems, and advanced Excel. Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Intermediate English proficiency preferred. Please submit your CV in English.
