About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled NOC (Network Operations Center) Supervisor to join our high-performance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities and deep technical expertise in networking and systems, who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor a team of NOC technicians, providing technical guidance and overseeing daily operations. Operational Oversight : Ensure optimal system performance, adherence to procedures, and timely resolution of network and system issues. Incident Management : Coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring rapid recovery from outages in alignment with SLAs. Performance Monitoring : Utilize monitoring tools to track network and system KPIs, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement. Reporting : Generate and present regular reports on NOC performance, compliance, and operational trends to senior management. Technical Support : Act as a senior technical resource, resolving complex issues and supporting the team in escalated situations. Process Improvement : Develop and refine SOPs for incident management and NOC operations to enhance efficiency and consistency. Staff Development : Conduct performance evaluations, support recruitment efforts, and ensure ongoing training and development of NOC personnel. Qualifications Experience : Several years of experience in a NOC environment, including prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS), and operating systems (Linux, Windows). Monitoring Tools : Proficiency with tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Incident Management : Proven experience managing incident response and using ticketing systems effectively. Troubleshooting Skills : Advanced diagnostic skills for resolving complex network and system performance issues. Leadership & Communication : Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments. Languages : Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Mindset : Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and remain calm under pressure. Work Environment This role operates in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment that may require flexibility to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
