Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in pre-owned vehicle sales Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid drivers license and clean criminal record Key Responsibilities: Source, present, and sell quality pre-owned vehicles to customers Accurately evaluate trade-ins and prepare valuations Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, including finance applications Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business Keep up to date with stock, pricing, and market trends
