The Role – HNW Mortgage Advisor As a Remote HNW Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you will: * Build strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their financial objectives. * Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to complex circumstances. * Manage a personal diary and prioritise calls and virtual meetings. * Navigate specialist lending for overseas and HNW clients. * Work closely with the estate agency introducers to ensure smooth, timely completions. Candidate Requirements We are seeking a motivated, professional individual who is confident advising affluent clients: * CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – essential. * Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker. * Background in advising HNW or overseas clients is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and protection products. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-disciplined with the ability to work remotely. * Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence.
