To succeed in this role, you should hold a qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Engineering, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and 2D CAD is required, while 3D CAD skills will be advantageous. A positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently are key attributes to ensure smooth operations.
