Finance Manager Africa Location: South Africa, with travel in Southern Africa This is a pivotal role for a qualified Chartered Accountant who thrives in complex, multi-country environments and has a proven track record working across all construction disciplines. The role will be based in South Africa, with travel to neighboring regions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage financial operations across Southern Africa Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions Oversee project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and risk management Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes Mentor and develop finance teams within the region Job Experience and Skills Required: Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification (essential) 510 years post-articles experience in finance Previous experience in the construction or engineering sector is required Strong exposure to cross-border operations in other African countries Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Southern Africa Apply now!
