This role offers exposure to hands-on operational processes, warehouse management, and admin leadership within a fast-paced technical environment. Oversee and manage all branch administrative functions, including stock and warehouse operations, financial controls, and team supervision. Ensure accurate reporting, timely invoicing, and SLA compliance. Maintain stock integrity, support Technicians operations, and resolve discrepancies. Facilitate smooth interdepartmental collaboration, train and guide administrative staff, and ensure operational excellence while continuously improving branch workflows and customer service standards. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse, operations, or branch administration within the technical/engineering sector. Strong stock control and inventory management skills.
