SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and support. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems. Experience in managing IT projects and teams. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Experience with IT service management tools Location Cuajimalpa (hybrid work) . Conversational English required. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: The Associate Manager, IT Operations and Support is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient system and application performance. Manage a team of IT professionals, provide guidance, and develop IT policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards. And collaborate with other departments to address IT-related issues and offer technical support to end users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and oversee daily IT operations and support activities. Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and incidents. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Manage IT projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff. Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements. Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Develop and maintain IT budgets and forecasts.
