Overview Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry – role at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30,000 engineers projected by 2030. Currently ~200 open positions for software engineers with our clients in Sweden. Your role is to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. As a senior headhunter you will build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to support relocation, visas, housing, and other practical matters. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities • Identify and engage engineers for relocation to Sweden. • Build trust with candidates and inform them about benefits of living and working in Sweden. • Coordinate with global recruiters and Swedish management to support relocation logistics. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with international colleagues. • Ensure service quality, timely communication, and candidate experience. • Support clients across industries listed above. Qualifications A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with an eye for detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request. Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation. Durable and persistent, able to handle rejection and persevere. Result-oriented with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance. Employment Details Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
