Overview Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope. This role focuses on recruiting engineers for Sweden, supporting relocation, and coordinating with a global recruitment and delivery team. Responsibilities Identify and recruit engineers for Sweden-based roles across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Coordinate with the global recruitment team and Swedish management to support relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.). Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Ensure high service orientation, quality, and brand awareness in candidate interactions. Source through a solid network of local IT engineering talent and stay informed about contemporary IT technologies. Contribute to a positive team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience. A solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent. Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution. High quality standards and strong brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of current IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of closing recruitment requests. Self-confident, sociable, motivated and resilient with the ability to handle setbacks. Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers. Representative appearance and responsiveness. Job Details Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime 1:1 compensation in flex. Location: Remote work from home or a co-working space of your choice. Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD plus remittance fees and taxes.
