Overview Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry – role at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30,000 of them by 2030, according to Statistics Sweden. We currently have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. This role is to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. As a senior headhunter, you will be part of a global recruiting team and collaborate with an executive management team in Sweden. You will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics, including visa, work permits, travel, housing, and related arrangements. We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more. Clients are in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities As a senior headhunter, you will: Help find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden. Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process. Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics. Coordinate with clients in multiple sectors including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and online solutions. Required competence Please ensure this is documented in your CV: At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution for the challenge at hand. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts. Upper-intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close a recruitment request. Self-confident, friendly, outgoing, and highly self-motivated. Persistent and resilient, able to handle “no” and persevere. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Extent & Duration Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
