Job Description: As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. You will also be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it - we fix it! Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to facilitate relocation for consultants. Plan and execute recruitment with colleagues across multiple countries. Help clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies. Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request. Self-confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with high self-motivation. Resilient, able to take a “no” and keep trying. Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers. Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance. Employment details Start ASAP. Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: RemoteWork or from a co-location center of your choice.
