Our client is a top Belgian business law firm looking for a Dutch-speaking associate to join its highly reputed Corporate & M&A team in Brussels. Why Apply? You'll join one of Belgium's largest Corporate & Finance practices, collaborating daily with top international law firms. The role comes with immediate client responsibility, structured legal and business training, and a flexible, multilingual work environment in central Brussels. • Work on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets transactions • Draft, review, and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documentation • Manage matters from A to Z with increasing autonomy and direct client interaction • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions • Support and contribute to knowledge-sharing and business development initiatives • 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate & M&A in a Belgian or international law firm • Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of English and good knowledge of French • Belgian Master's in Law; additional LL.M. or business-oriented advanced degree is a plus • Annual bonus, net allowances, group insurance & mobility benefits • Structured learning path with legal and non-legal training • Flexible & hybrid work policy (Antwerp office up to 2 days/week) • Exposure to strategic cases and direct client responsibility Venture Capital, Client Interfacing, Negotiation, Documentation, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Sales Agreements, Law, Knowledge Transfer
