In this role, you will oversee the construction projects on site and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. This job requires nationwide travel using a company truck. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. We need strong foremen. Responsibilities Manage the construction project on site Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made Report on progress Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise Qualifications Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software Ability to break large projects into small steps This is a remote position.
