Our client, a global information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting for a Data Analyst to join their business in Vitrolles, France. Position Title: Data Analyst Position Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Vitrolles, France Contact: Bojan Ulemek | 49 89 23 88 98 671 Key Responsibilities: Collect, process, and analyze financial and maintenance-related data. Monitor and track scheduled maintenance activities and associated costs. Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel or other data tools. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management to optimize maintenance and financial performance. Required Skills & qualifications : French native English language skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Ability to understand and analyze financial data and maintenance schedules. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication skills to convey findings clearly to different stakeholders. Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with maintenance management systems or ERP tools. Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
