We cover accounting, finance and payroll. I'm looking for a Senior Accountant for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a permanent position in Saint-Hyacinthe.Key duties and responsibilities: ❖ Initiate new projects ❖ Assign hours worked to the correct projects ❖ Enter product cost prices into our activity/project accounting software ❖ Invoice projects according to work progress ❖ Compare project-related materials with purchase orders ❖ Respond to all financial analyses related to projects ❖ Perform all other tasks and duties inherent to the position ❖ Customer billing, customer file tracking ❖ Accounting cycle ❖ Inventory management ❖ Payroll verification ❖ All other related tasksQualifications: *Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience *4 to 8 years of experience. *Excellent command of Microsoft Office. *Knowledge of ERP systems: Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics/Navision. *Experience in the manufacturing sector. *Bilingualism, as the person will be communicating with the head office in Chicago. *Independent, resourceful, with strong organizational skills. *Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make decisions proactively. *Attention to detail, thoroughness, and precision.
