Job Description

Location: Madrid, Spain (Relocation Package Included) Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst with strong experience in Tableau, SQL , and data analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building insightful dashboards, and delivering actionable business intelligence to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools Analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions Perform gap analysis between legacy systems and new data platforms to ensure reporting continuity Validate and reconcile data across different sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency Communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner through reports, visualizations, and presentations Assist in defining and documenting data definitions, business rules, and report specifications Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business units to support data initiatives Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation Proficient in using Tableau for building dashboards, data storytelling, and visualizations Experience working with large datasets and relational databases Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proficiency with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Looker) is a plus Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data governance is desirable Preferred Skills: Experience working in cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (optional but beneficial) Exposure to Agile development practices Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking in a business context
