We are looking for a talented CyberArk & PAM Specialist to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage CyberArk , ensuring seamless operation and security of privileged access management systems. Implement and enforce IT security best practices , maintaining alignment with corporate policies. Participate in password rotation and management projects , ensuring timely and secure delivery. Collaborate with Project Managers to define, design, document, and implement new access management functionalities. Manage the technical account lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews). Develop and maintain procedures, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance and operational clarity. Skills and Knowledge Essential: Experience with CyberArk and PAM solutions . Knowledge of CPM, PSM, and AIM components of CyberArk. Experience with Active Directory (RBAC) and database security (MSSQL, Oracle). Windows Server and RHEL administration . PowerShell scripting . Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks. Fluent in English (B2/C1). Desirable: Certifications in CyberArk, CISM, or CISSP . Experience in IT security automation and reporting . Knowledge of tools such as Centrify or other PAM systems. Job Conditions & Benefits Permanent contract . Work mode: Hybrid (4 days remote / 1 day in-person in Madrid, flexible).
