SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST (CRM) HYBRID – WATFORD (3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE) SALARY – UP TO £60,000 10% BONUS THE COMPANY A leading gaming and entertainment organisation is undergoing a major digital transformation, with significant investment into CRM and analytics! THE ROLE As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will: Build and segment audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, push, app, web, paid social, personalisation). Analyse campaign performance across channels, measuring effectiveness and ROI. Create dashboards and reporting in Power BI to track KPIs and optimise campaigns. Work closely with operations teams to deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns. Support personalisation and automation strategies. Lead ownership of campaign streams, including major promotional campaigns and new product launches. Contribute to ongoing CRM transformation projects, including new capability implementation. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in CRM/Marketing analytics, with an understanding of campaign targeting, or decisioning. Strong SQL skills for audience building and campaign analysis. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) preferred. Proven track record in analysing campaign performance and delivering actionable recommendations. Exposure to multi-channel CRM activity across email, app, and digital channels. Background in consumer-facing industries such as retail, gaming, or FMCG is advantageous.
