Cost Performance Analyst

Job Title: Cost Performance Senior Analyst Location: Portsmouth / Flexible. What you'll be doing: Summarise cost performance reporting information & present to the Cost Performance Lead, FP&A Lead and business stakeholders Liaise with the cost performance team to drive quality, consistent and insightful Cost Performance reporting, analysis and forecasting Through the IBP process, annual budgeting and regular monthly reporting and forecasting, consolidate, analyse and review/challenge data from the line of business and functions Collaborate with business partners and functional leads to drive cost and business performance Support the business stakeholders to aid their understanding of financial information Contribute to modernisation initiatives to drive standardisation, efficiency and effectiveness Drive continuous improvement processes including working with the wider FP&A team to share best practice Deputise for Cost Performance Lead when required Your skills and experiences: Preferably a member of a UK recognised professional accountancy body with solid post qualifying experience Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish efficient and effective working relationships and to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation Working within a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to change Present Financial information to non-financial stakeholders, coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret data Proven post qualification within a financial role such as a Management Accountant, Project Accountant
