Estimator A specialist construction and architectural firm is looking to hire an experienced Estimator to support complex commercial projects from pre-tender to delivery. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a solid estimating background to work in a business that values initiative, integrity, and collaboration. Youll be responsible for producing accurate, well-structured cost estimates, and supporting the sales process with clear communication and attention to detail. You'll liaise with internal teams, attend site visits, and support the transition from bid through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Create precise project costings, budgets, and schedules of rates Attend pre-budget/site meetings to help define cost assumptions Coordinate with sales on upcoming projects to ensure timely cost planning Flag and report risks that could impact cost or delivery time Ensure take-offs are done accurately and thoroughly Handover smoothly from estimating to delivery teams Manage all related documents, quotes, and reports within compliance What Youll Need Background in estimating, civil engineering, or construction management 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction Strong understanding of materials and methods (glass, steel, aluminium, coatings) Confident producing presentations and reports (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Commercial acumen and detail-driven mindset Package : £40,000 - £50,000 Monday - Friday & Hybrid working
