Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Media, Email & Analytics Exeter | Hybrid working (3 days per week) | 6 month fixed term contract Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for performance and precision? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing team and take ownership of paid advertising, email marketing, and campaign reporting. What You’ll Be Doing: Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and other digital channels. Email Marketing: Build and manage targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Clarity, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI. Technical Implementation: Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and implement HTML-based email templates and landing pages. SEO & Competitor Analysis: Use tools like Semrush to support organic growth and competitive benchmarking.Your Toolkit: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager Looker Studio Microsoft Clarity Semrush HTML/CSS (basic to intermediate)What We’re Looking For: 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a performance-focused role. Strong understanding of paid media channels and email marketing best practices. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and data visualisation. Comfortable working with tracking tags, pixels, and basic HTML. Proactive, curious, and results-oriented.Important: The salary advertised will be pro-rata across 6 months
