Maintenance Engineer Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire £51,000 (Including callout allowance) 1 in 5 days Days Mon Fri 40 Hours per week Early Finish Friday Benefits: Monday to Friday days role Early finish on Friday, flexible hours Company Bonus scheme based on performance, worth between £3000 £5000 a year The company has achieved this every year for 4 years since its inception 8% employer pension contribution (2% Employee) Private Health Care (Single Cover) Opportunity to enrol your partner/children Death in service at 4X Annual Salary We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias to work as part of a highly sustainable FMCG environment that supports the local community. As a business we have gone through periods of continued growth since forming back in 2017 and are looking to expand our maintenance division as a result. Your roles and responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, turbines, steam boilers and crushing sites. Youll be expected to follow closely the preventative maintenance plan and carry out general inspections. We have a great mixture of PPMs and reactive maintenance; we have a number of major projects coming up in the next 18 months. Experience Required Minimum of 5 years experience as a multiskilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias Some form of formal qualification, ideally to minimum Level 3 (NVQ/City and Guilds/HNC/D) Prior experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial Get in touch with Matt Morson at Stirling Warrington to discuss this role or any other maintenance roles in the Warwickshire area.
