Founding Product Designer

Salt have partnered with a Series C AI-powered LegalTech scale-up to find them a founding Product Designer to join their already impressive Product team. This is the perfect role for a senior, end-to-end Product Designer who wants to take on the challenge of setting up Product Design processes internally, while getting their hands dirty and working closely with the Product team. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and leave your mark on an absolute rocket ship of a business! The company are continually building new, exciting products, and currently have a prerogative to broaden their scope to become the go-to AI for Enterprises, which you'll play an integral part in. Requirements: 6 years' Product Design experience, working in a fast-paced, agile environment Proven experience across the full scope of UX and UI, including User Research and Usability Testing Exceptional visual design skills Deep understanding of UX and solving complex UX problems Experience in a relevant domain (B2B SaaS, LegalTech, AI/ML) Experience in setting up Design Processes & Design Systems Product Mindset, proven experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers User empathy, communication, and adaptability This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the company's brand new office in Fitzrovia, requiring 3 days per week onsite.
