Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator for its branch in Brossard.This position will provide timely preventive maintenance quotes to our sales and CSC teams and perform daily tasks to support the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of Brandt's contractual PM activities. Duties and responsibilities:- Submit and configure preventive maintenance contracts in the contract management system- Administer PM contracts- Track and maintain PM contract information- Review, close, and invoice completed work- Coordinate service dates and times with customers and PM technicians- Update or maintain the pricing tool- Process PM callback requests from customers (internal and external)- Manage account 249 (prepaid contracts)- Monitor JD Link and track customer machines with PM contracts- Other related tasks as assigned Core competencies:- Experience and understanding of construction equipment maintenance- Experience in service delivery activities and processes - Experience as a service writer, if possible- Communication skills; punctuality, organization, and strong attention to detail- Ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment- Knowledge of contracts and associated management processes- Knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.- Initiative with the ability to work independently and make informed and logical decisions.
