Job Description

As Director - Mergers and Acquisitions & Finance, you will play a central role in strategic corporate finance projects as well as in the analysis and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. More specifically, your role will include:* Updating the strategic plan and financial modeling of long-term projections in collaboration with internal teams and clients;* Leading the execution of mergers and acquisitions mandates and coordinating the various stages of transactions;* Actively participating in the due diligence of opportunities, including financial, operational, commercial, and sector-specific aspects, in coordination with internal teams;* Collaborating in discussions and negotiations with buyers and sellers, including the review of legal agreements (letters of intent, share/asset purchase agreements, etc.);* Preparing the required presentations for various stakeholders, including the board of directors, for corporate finance and M&A projects;* Supervise and coach teams (analysts and managers) in the context of their deliverables in their development plan.
