Financial Manager

Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts with accurate financial insights. Driving the month-end reporting process and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Assisting with statutory audits , liaising with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis, and business commentary. Ensuring strong financial controls, reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies. Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve financial efficiency and decision-making. We are looking for: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) essential. 35 years post-articles experience (preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing). Strong knowledge of IFRS, audits, and month-end processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
