Our client, a leading organisation in the sector, is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving both operational excellence and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Cash Flow, Funding & Capital Management Oversee liquidity and working capital, ensuring effective funding structures are in place. Implement strategies to optimise capital allocation and long-term sustainability. 🔹 Operational Involvement & Strategic Decision-Making Actively engage with operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and cost optimisation. Provide financial insights to support executive decisions and growth initiatives. 🔹 Financial Management & Reporting Lead the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Deliver timely management reports and financial statements that drive business performance. 🔹 Risk & Compliance Safeguard the organisation through robust internal controls and governance. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across the business. 🔹 Planning & Execution Develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals. Drive execution of key projects, initiatives, and process improvements. Requirements: CA(SA) Essential 5 years post-qualification experience in Manufacturing or FMCG . Strong knowledge of stock, supply chain, and costing principles . Resilient, confident, and a strong personality capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel as required across operations.
