Financial Controller

As they continue to scale, they are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Financial Controller with plant-level experience to join their leadership team. This is a hands-on position requiring a deep understanding of manufacturing finance, cost control, and plant operations. You will be instrumental in driving profitability, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the plant's finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational KPIs Partner with plant management and operations teams to drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities Job Experience and Skills Required: Bcom degree in a related field required Completed CIMA 8 years within a similar role Apply now!
