What were looking for: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) essential. 24 years post-articles experience (fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services exposure advantageous). Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and controls. Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and adapt to change.
