Financial Manager

Job & Company Description: This role is ideally suited to a newly qualified CA(SA), or those who are completing their articles and qualifying at the end of the year, looking to take on a commercial management position. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team, driving reporting accuracy, and supporting senior leadership with sound financial insights to aid decision-making. The environment requires someone who can take ownership, hold their own in discussions, and contribute with confidence. Other duties include: Management of a team of accountants and finance staff Preparation, review, and presentation of financial reports Implementation and maintenance of sound internal controls Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Partnering with leadership on strategic financial decisions Education: CA(SA) Newly qualified or completing articles at the end of the year Job Experience & Skills required: Strong technical foundation from audit and accounting Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders Proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems Commercial acumen with exposure to reporting, controls, and management responsibilities APPLY NOW!
