Financial Manager- Multinational

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Financial Manager to take ownership of the financial operations across our US and European entities. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis within a multinational framework. Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly closing, reconciliations, and reporting for international entities Prepare and review financial packs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP Analyze variances against budgets and deliver actionable insights Manage taxation, including US tax schedules and compliance Authorize and schedule international payments Review and manage group consolidations and exchange rate processes Support preparation of annual/quarterly financial statements and disclosures Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred) 57 years experience in financial management within a multinational environment Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international tax regulations Proficiency in financial consolidation processes and accounting systems Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoy working across regions, this opportunity offers both challenge and growth.
