You will ensure that the project meets technical, quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements. The main responsibilities of the project manager are: Planning, monitoring, and managing projects to ensure results meet requirements in terms of technology, quality, reliability, schedule, and cost; Ensuring correct order processing and delivery of products, planning activities and timelines in coordination with other departments to meet deadlines and planning commitments; Monitoring performance, recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions, and managing projects to ensure on-time completion within budget; Maintaining effective communication regarding project status and priorities to achieve objectives in time, budget, and quality. What you need to be successful Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Management; At least 5 years of proven experience in Project Management within a structured and matrix organization; Experience in tracking and monitoring project budgets and assessing risk management; Fluency in English (B2/C1); Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Microsoft Project); Negotiation skills and conflict management abilities; Decision-making and problem-solving skills; Excellent presentation skills; Willingness to travel up to 30%.
