SAP CO Business Consultant

Overview In our Technology Service Line, within our SAP area, we’re looking for a new colleague to join as SAP CO Business Consultant. Whom are we looking for? You have a Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering with excellent results from a top university or business school. You are fluent in Italian and English (other European languages are a plus). You have at least 2–4 years of experience in a Management Consulting company, focused on SAP CO components: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders and WBS Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions Experience with customizing and functional specifications Base knowledge of SAP FI and integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP) Strong collaboration and communication skills for alignment with cross-functional teams What will you do? Engage in discovery activities, understand client business needs, and carry out process reengineering for IT system implementations (SAP S/4HANA, SAP CO Controlling modules). Work on international projects and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders globally. Participate in workshops with client teams to understand current processes and identify improvements. Design and define TO-BE processes, adopting SAP solutions based on customer needs. Perform functional and technical analysis with the IT team to support end-to-end process implementation. Support development, testing, and release of new functionalities to the customer. Train the customer’s employees on new functionalities and assist during initial usage. Report to the Project Manager and act as a business partner to Process Owners, Key Users, and End Users. Why Join Us?
