Overview Join to apply for the Automation Hardware Technical Support Europe role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Responsibilities Provide second level support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms. Drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention. Apply critical thinking to rapidly repair instrumentation, train customers and Service Engineers, support the Applications Team, and verify operational performance and data quality of systems to support the commercial organization. Operate independently in the Italian / German territory and in Europe when needed (overnight travel as required) to install and maintain automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Collaborate as part of a team to share standard methodologies, mentor colleagues, and provide experienced technical support. Qualifications Biomedical engineer or equivalent. At least 5 years of Technical Support and / or Field Service experience in the Diagnostics market. Early careers are welcome with troubleshooting experience gained during thesis or internships. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Ability to travel and service in the whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver’s license is required. Preferred Willing to work different shifts / flexible hours as business needs. Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problems and find effective solutions.
